ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Galen Becker Drace. I’ve been in sales since the late 1980s (if you count top candy bar sales in Little League). More importantly, I have been in a sales, hospitality, and logistics role for my entire career. I have lived and worked everywhere from  Tokyo to Chicago, Milan to Los Angeles, New York to Hyderabad, and now the Napa Valley.

My time in the wine industry has been focused on all things Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). Prior to consulting, I spent years at two heralded wineries; Corison Winery and Stony Hill Vineyard. I've managed tasting rooms, wine clubs, e-commerce programs, events, inventories, and all other aspects of DTC.

 

I am the Executive Director of the Napa Valley Hospitality Forum; an industry group with 125+ wineries represented. The Forum works to provide its members with concrete deliverables and best practices in Hospitality and DTC.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This is all about getting to know you and your winery. 

It is not uncommon that a potential client isn't sure of where to start. The first step is the discovery phase; an agreed upon period of time for researching the winery and/or specific DTC programs.

All projects and clients are strictly confidential unless directed otherwise.

Due to the nature of my work, I am often privy to proprietary and sensitive information.

My contract is crystal clear when it comes to all aspects of privacy. An additional NDA can be signed should it be required.
